    there will be several offers at the end of the if it doesn't benefit shareholders it gets rejected donuts a bit brainer at least 30% minimum required for offer to be considered so close to $4
    take it or leave it pretty simple
    will be within next 2 weeks before ampol amg and results and then the other offers will come once the first offer is made
