Don't know about lower price but I was in ESG and it was held down for so long I can't remember. STO came in with a offer a few cents higher and got the BOD approval.
I like this BOD. They've taken steps to get a defense ready if need be.
Not jump into bed with the suitor and screw the shareholders.
