My investment in Z Energy is based on dividend return, would rather have 5-7% over the next 10 years than what I am starting to feel will be a $3.05(NZ) offer…these entities are experienced and would not be surprised at all if they are simply waiting for the speculating interest to recede and the investor fatigue to resettle this share back at $2.60 (NZ)
In fairness they probably leaked to the Australian themselves to begin the positioning…and now unfortunately us returning to lockdown will strengthen their hand considerably.
My holding position is established on a $2.95 NZ entry.
