Another theory is that perhaps our share price was manipulated down from $4.64 per share on the 17th December to $3.05 per share on the 8th March to facilitate the Morrison takeover bid. At $3.05 per share Morrison's bid of $4.50 looks great, but if our share price was $4.64 when they made their offer then that's a different story altogether. Add the fact that management were buying back our shares at those lows then they obviously considered our share price was way undervalued! As far as I'm concerned I'm quite happy to sit and watch the games as I'm not happy to sell at $4.50.
