My thoughts exactly. Not long ago the market was pricing this at $4.50 as a standalone business which is a bit frothy but not out the realm of possibilities and is superior to a lot of businesses investors sink their money into. However, as a combined entity with Vocus, they may see this as a more strategic asset than we do as shareholders of UWL alone and be willing to pay according to the value they can extract out of the combined entity. Morrisons would know they aren't the only ones sniffing and aren't going to throw everything at it immediately. Let's see how the next few weeks pans out but I think we will end up closer to $5 than $4.50. Definitely wouldn't be selling at these levels even without a takeover occuring.
