I have to say that, after listening to TK on the quarterlies, my respect for him and the BOD has dissipated substantially. To blame the shareholders for the price of the shares is disingenuous in the extreme. He and his fellow directors have absolved themselves of all responsibility. He needs to be reminded that it is entirely their actions that had left the share price languishing at around 6c.

I still intend voting no but, if a higher offer closer to my breakeven is received, I am out of here! I no longer have any faith that the current BOD can succeed in commercialising this technology. As someone else has posted, if the Pfizer proposal is voted down, we will still need new blood on the BOD, being people with commercialisation skills.

This is so disappointing as I have always been very impressed with the technology from the day I heard TK presenting at a function I attended in Perth (I think it was in 2015) where a bunch of start-ups presented.
