    I have been Watchin this one for quite some time and duicorp has not steered us in the wrong direction, so far.
    As an fiarly new and amature investor I dont get why there is a 10c gap between the sp and the offer. Isnt this money for jam? or does this gap tell us that there is some risk that a deal may not go through?
