    reject offer and wait for turn around , even if it takes 2 years for price to hit 1.60 which is not a silly ask take it that it was 2.00 12 months ago , 1 good year and price coukd be back there where can a bank give you 100% in 2 years . i say as i do every day as i watch deal or no deal at 520 NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO DEALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL ANDREW BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOYEAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
