the kicker is where the analyst suggest they talk up there own book,a perfect time to "prime"the market for a raising.(nothing better than a takeover story to excite the market"
hdr have enjoyed a well deserved re rating,and risen 85% in a month,no speeding ticket,perhaps time to exercise some caution imo and be prepared to take profits.
