Potential yes, but the clock is ticking. One week has passed, three and a bit to go.

Now that the IER has been released. any previously interested parties that have conducted due diligence on Kalkaroo are aware of what consideration HAV's Board is willing to recommend to its shareholders relative BDO's NPV estimate.

If this forum is any guide, it seems numerous shareholders (and others) are supportive of the proposed consideration, which is likely to be noted by an alternative bidder (if any).

Whether anything comes to fruition during this period is speculation, but not ruled out.
