Clarke,I was at the meeting. Be assured management are exploring all alternatives for the most tax effective way to make a distribution. A further consideration in determining the quantum of a distribution is how much to retain for future needs.
Simultaneosly they are spending significant time liaising with OZ to maximise our return. They also need to decide prioritising (free) exploration expenditure on our tenements and the joint area of interest.
As previously posted, there has already been a lot of time spent on preparing all regulatory, accounting, legal etc details for the upcoming Uranium IPO.
Let's cut them some slack for the rest of the year and look forward to 2023.
