    Happy to walk away with a 15% gain in 6 months or so. This deal will take 6 months to wash through and I would prefer to have cash in the bank paying 3% risk free whilst market gitters continue.

    Remember as that required rate of return increases it puts more pressure on FUM.

    Just my opinion.
