    Take over or not, pendall is currently heavily undervalued. If this was a sinking ship the board wouldn’t have turned down the previous offer without the belief that the company is on the rise. Unless we getting more then atleast 7.50 I’m not looking forward to a takeover. Whether it’s a year, or 5 give it time and this company will be worth bank.
