"Tianqi is open to alliances with Codelco and enami" is very similar wording to how Lpi has spoken of the chilean state mining co's recently. This connection of tianqi showing up at the meeting with Christobal at the minister for mining's office with this article is not a small hint IMO. Could be nothing, but could be something.
