    The merger could smooth a future take-over but the 6 month exclusivity clause could block an unsolicited approach

    maybe/don't know/confused/waiting to see the imminent holdings notification

    According to Reuters, the approval could lift spot uranium prices, as the entry of energy-hungry, nuclear-power-friendly India into the global uranium market is sure to cause demand for the metal to skyrocket. This, assuming the agreement passes Congressional muster this fall.
