    Why was this NOT put to shareholders, Lets just say there is a takeover at .25cents, the investors have just made a "150% profit" in a few weeks. To me this sounds like an under the table deal for a quick profit. Are the the board for jackgreen part of the investors. Shareholders need to know more about this deal.
