Expect the worst & hope for the best when it opens. On the bright side if it does , i suspect it will provide a fantastic buy opportunity. I suspect the Aussie dollar is much closer to bottom at 64 cents than the USD. The USD is held up but does not reflect their economy. TSE will do well when the AUD appreciates and mining/infrustructure rebounds. TSE has many sound Govt and large corporate projects which should underpin a bright future even though the share price won't reflect this currently or short term.

Yes we may still be in a bear market for a while but on the flip side whether 2-5 yrs from now people buying quality at these squashed prices will be laughing.

There may be a surprise lurking...if it falls I will be waiting to snap at basement entry
