On another BGL thread, debrwa has indicated he seems to see some accumulating happening. I don't disagree.
I don't want to sound like a conspiracy theorist but I note there was an after-market trade today (7 August) of just under 260,000 shares at the closing price. And a much smaller one for about another 13,000 shares has just gone through.
That sort of after-market activity started to become a bit of a regular feature in a stock I was following and resulted in the emergence of a large single shareholder and ultimately a corporate play.
BGL seems to have derisked things a bit with the recent Capital Raise and its current share-price probably provides the best risk/reward/return numbers it has for a long, long while.
