    Cant see the share price falling. If it did surely Arrow would be back in a flash
    They only want 50% dont they
    Shell has said they are prepared to sell to BG Do they have to do that by the 23rd ?
    Im sure the tax implications for Arrow explains somewhat their actions
    Can BG extend the deadline for the offer and just leave it open and just gradually soak up the shares they want over time
    My rambling thoughts
