If a take over was happening you would not see it on the ASX
parties would be approaching the top 20 to sell. Kar price movment is more likely attributed to funds buying on market now kar is in the top 100, and they certainly are paying for it. But T/O talk is fair bit premature when the CEO talks of a company being way undervalued it would be a hard task unless some serious cash is put up and I really can't see that happening with only one hole drilled.
