takeover?

I've just finished watching the preso & wanted to pose the question regarding a takeover? Has anyone else seriously considered the liklihood of a takover prior to RES actually physically mining the SA project?

Just seems to me that we already knew most of what was explained by PJ in the preso, indeed there wasn't really anything definitive regarding timeframes.

Call me cynical however I just wonder why this preso was released now in the form it has been? I'd rather not elaborate any further on this point other than to say could it be a clever ploy given what's recently occurred with the rights issue????

Would appreciate others' thoughts on this.
