My view for what it is worth is that LST management should stick to what they are good at ie investing in junior developers and reeping handsome profits not turing themselves into a gold miner which they have no experience in. Very different investing to running the show.
I agree with valuations they seem to be short on Cracow about $5 - $6m - there is something about payments due to the holding company ut I don't understand this and wouldn't expect it to be this much. I would have thought the 30% was worth a premium to someone to gain ful control - they should have got IMHO something around $90m for the stake.
Most importantly I am finding this very interesting - hate boring shares that don't do anything - also have LRF which has been a very interesting ride as well
