Danewell P/L is the company the director, Morry Fraid uses to keep the bulk of his NTG shares.

So he;s bought 4.4 million in around the past week and transferred his holdings of 2.45 million from his family trust account into the Danewell account, hence the notice late this afternoon.

If you check the announcement from earlier today and add the two totals together you'll get the total holdings now in Danewell.

Danewell had 10.63 mill then add his family trust account holdings of 2.45 million you get a total of 13.08 million, which is what has been announced late this afternoon.
