Interesting.
In this scenario, Genex would have access to capital supplied to GNX via loans from JPower... This would assist Genex with project growth and generating revenue etc... but....
Could they then deliberately run GNX into debt, fire sale its assets and have first access to buy when liquidation occurs?
Is there laws preventing this?
