To summarise.

Bottom line is, if JPower have the intricate info/details of K2H, Bauldercombe Battery, and the NAIF loan, and they are asking to buy the company, then the proposed sellers (us) need the info too.

Otherwise, how can we make an educated decision?
Why do JPower get to bid, and have information that we dont have access to?
Leaves shareholders open to be hoodwinked... and that is exactly how Jpower want it because they see value, and wish to extract said value from our pockets.

On top of that, they also have the info regarding the progress of KPH on the daily, yet, us shareholders haven't recieved a progress update since 12th December 2023?

How is the bidder having this info and us shareholders not having it, legal? Or fair?
In Australia, it simply cannot and should not be.

Despite this, I have faith most holders are privy to the disadvantage they/we are at and know that they will be losing out. Hence I believe most holders will make the right decision and vote NO. This is how we realise true value and see too it that long term holders get their reward for the risk we have taken and patience we've had to enact.
