I don't know the answer, but how could this possibly occur?

People arent going to pay more than 27 cents or 27.5 cents because JPower are only offering 27.5 cents.

If they bought for 27.5 cents, plus bokeage fees, then when JPower pay them 27.5 cents (should the vote be yes), they'd actually have lost money??

I havent been in this position many times but it seems to me anyone buying on market for more than 27 cents is only costing themselves money and very unlikely to occur.
