if the SP exceeds the offer then those people buying betting on another offer coming in that is above the JPower offer stand to lose money if noone does appear from the shadows.
given that the thing is bow binding and well protected from GENEX chasing or even to some extent entertaining a new bid the likelihood of a new bidder is small.
