If it is retail buying then More likely retail are buying at 27 because they think the price will go higher for whatever reasons. Sometimes punters get so engrossed in charts that the fundamentals in play get overlooked. Some chap on here reckoned that 27.5 cents would break through yesterday. Any smart retail buyer who thinks the 27.5 offer will fail will just put there order in at circa 18 cents and wait, and wouldn't be buying at 27 cents.
