This is my interpretation of TG's results,

TG have a higher G band vs 2D band as shown in the TOP chart = Graphite,
Single layer Graphene is shown to have a higher 2D band vs the G band,
as shown in the second chart and in FGR Raman spectroscopy image

please note: both FG and TG Raman spec charts are D - G - 2D the image below is 2D - G - 2D as shown below



The other hint that TG's product is Graphite is the location of the G band at 1580 on the Raman shift axis cm¹,
The image below represents the different location for Graphite to Single layer Graphene,

Graphite is located at 1581.72
Single layer graphene is located at 1587.94
Double Layer graphene = 1584.16
