Yes deal done on 22/1/18, the offer was 1.2B which was not accepted, they wanted an extra 100M to cover cost of the NSW clinics we sold them. There were 4 bidders 2 were from China. Interesting to see we’re all this consolidation ends. A timely post by Alan the other day, there is so much to learn + know in the graphite + graphene space (endless researching).
