This is my logic with the announcement timing.

FGR are looking at US / Euro investors. If a announcement is put out after the ASX closes, it gives these investors time to read the ann prior to the market opening the next day, i.e so they get a change to buy at the same time as the AU investors.
I wonder how many batteries / SC the new commercial production facilities can build ?
