I have discussed the IP's and Patents with PY,
there is pretty much no reason to patent a graphene polymer,
You might gain approval for one companies product, (which you will need permission to use)
A rival polymer manufacture can then add Graphene to their product, (which may give similar results)
Due to the chemical make up of the polymers, it would not be a breach of IP if either company had graphene in thier product,
Its just like James Hardie, CSR and BGC all manufacturing different fibre cement or the paint manufactures all having similar products available on the market
