100% ... but can they.. gagging order?
The worst case scenario is they were talking it up and there are no sales contracts or revenue.. the market seems to believe this.. but to me, its just a massive buying opportunity.. i backed up the truck last week and got 3 packets.. my dad is buying today in this dip.
