Those poor directors had to give back share in exchange for all the money the company had left, I am sure that as directors of an asx list company they had, and were aligned with shareholders interests and would of preferred to keep those shares but rule are rules. Sometime admin errors happen to you.

I am sure HAR had a plan to vend in a mining asset or something similar but for whatever reason it didn't happen at the end of 2019 and they wrapped up early 2020.
