Hi Froggy,
It's not a rubbish idea, just complex.
I believe a similar approach was taken by @alpaka heading the FGR longtermer's group some years ago at an FGR AGM.
My belief is that most AGM's are despised by Directors. Only the gloaters & money seekers would have them if not forced to by law.
The few hours in the spotlight once a year to answer questions from some 'uneducated' owners to justify their expensive supposed input is bad for their morale lol.
Fortunately a regular grange red with truffle topped wyagu helps with any stress temporarily inflicted so that they can ignore input & get back to doing what ignorant Jack six-pack & Debbie dunny cleaner have no idea about.
And living in elite suburbs & maintaining exclusive club memberships etc in not something that working class people can fathom the distress of.
My takeaway is that SH input is met with a cursory smile, nod, inexplicable explanations with smooth talk promises & summarily binned.
Most forethcoming AGM's will have the very handy excuse of CV19 to distance themselves (every cloud has a silver lining ).
I expect the FGR AGM report to 'read well.
Failures are an anathema to be completely ignored per the Biz #101 handbook.
That our MC/SP reflects what the market really thinks is parallel to political polls.
When there favourable there credible, when not, they are they have no importance whatsoever.
