What is a true & workable plan ?

I forecast it couldn't be done 'back then' as a relative newbie & mentioned such & offered up cash for the cause as One may attest.

How many did that?

It was worth a go but doomed as proved.

Official head chief (in or out of collusion with or without knowledge) talked & skipped over token barricades.

Yet, of note;

Took time to chase a rebel or too;

And possibly made a Chairman's Address to such an individual(s) & his low-life readers (who mostly disliked his/her anti-chat anyway).

Why & for reason?

I have suspected & sought market experience about this paradox.

Imagine informing JP Morgan's nominee's correctly with time to vote (if not done).
