If true it appears awful.

Some research is 'inconclusive' on the matter due to company name change & timelines on such etc.

Can you let me know, a rough breakdown of monies acquired if you get time.

The expenditure is well, on our bottom line, give or take some 'support'.


Of note; 5 years being the minimum statutory legal record a requirement.

Cloud's can hold much & several companies interests are small change I imagine moving forwards in their area.

I ponder that AGM votes may be considered a legal/formal record.

Be interesting to pursue the return transparent formal delivery of such.

As say a CFO has justified to me in paraphrase 'that reading & vetting his companies AGM votes is to avoid 'legal breaches' (an example was provided).

I imagine a Judge may find 'A return of right' on clarity from a potentially self-conflicted "judgement maket" as reasonable & appropriate.
