I suspect your right, it would certainly explain why no news has occurred.

My weekend has been pretty good.
Did a hard 7.5hr bush walk in 4hrs.
Slipped and cracked my head on a log, I now have 7 stitches above my eye.

It all happened soon after coming up through this.
