I suspect the "nothing" announcement was needed for a shareholder to gain access to more shares without sparking attention, taking a 1.5 mil swipe at 17c, at a guess who ever is buying is running out of time before the big announcement arrives - sales. (pure speculation) Hopefully in a few days champee can tell us if it is Bellpotter.

surprisingly the announcement has been covered by a few media outlets, I am expecting to see the buying continuing on Monday,
