Seems a good move imo, a nice reward for his loyalty. I hope it will be a good catalyst to advance sales across the continent. Other companies may feel more confident dealing with the company ( Andy ),rather than an employee of the it. He's definately scientifically experienced and is articulate (a bonus being a pom I think). Hopefully he can up the anti on news flow. There must be a lot of progress made since this interview...2017
Sales wise, hopefully all the NDAs and workings in the pipeline from the last 2+ years will bear fruit very soon...
