There seems to be a lot of talk about an agreement with BBIG and I wanted to add that they board can discuss terms with BBIG and have a clear vision of what BBIG want without having to disclose the disscussions IMO. It is when it is put in writing that they must disclose. So the board maybe aware of BBIGs requirements and still be within their rights. The problem there is that BBIG knows so TODD knows and OCJ know but we dont. (if the discussions have begun and I can not entertain that they havent) IMO
