    Just wondered if anyone interested in taking this mob to the takeovers panel -see cost $2400 which is a fair amount considering i only have a small holding in this -only about 5g worth

    If one other person came in I would do it as a matter of principle -the statements are potenitally misleading -especially about dilution!!!

    the payments to directors is another issue could be pursued but a bit harder to prove
