takeovers

Now that RIO and BHP are fighting it out does anyone think it is possible for OXR to launch a counter to Xstrata's big for JBM. Or is JBM out of their league. I am interested in anyone's thoughts on potential takeovers and why.

This may give OXR enough size and future resources (lots of JBM tenement yet to be fully drilled)to survive the coming feeding season on mid cap miners.

I believe plays will be made for ZFX, OXR, PNA, etc in the coming year. I am not sure what the best fits will be, but I do know that it will be a case of "you snooze you lose". I like the OX and hope it survives the next 12 mths.

Regardless of what happens with the DOW I think any time you can top up on OXR (from fearful sellers) will put you in good stead for the future.
