I believe it's a generic'ish email regarding PBHR (which was a rights issue that you could sell on market). Because (I assume) you didn't make an action regarding these they have been sold at auction to instos (look back through announcements and you'll see this info). The CBUS computer has assumed it was a takeover because your shares were forcefully taken
