There is every chance Left leaning California will be one of the last American states to legalise betting. Obviously Utah will never legalise but California will be a long time away.
New York are planning to tax all winnings at between 50 - 65% considering most other states are around 10% it may not be the cash cow you think.
Why Miami? Terrible sporting culture down there, even when the Heat and Marlins are winning they don't sell out there stadiums,
I would prefer Massachusetts legalises gambling as Boston is a massive sporting town with much more potential.
