You wonder why no one is posting about Sino Securities other than you three longterm rampers.
This stock is fully deserving of a major investigation by the ASX !! Anybody who even takes ten minutes to read the last 6 months of announcements will immediatly discern the pea and thimble trick which is being perpetrated here. Nobody except insiders such as yourselves who have a direct line to management (how are you Alfecra ? Is the Chairmans health better these days ? Do say hello to him for all of us.)
Best Winning lends Sino $6.48 million.
Sino does what it does best and spruiks its latest 'development' to the market.
The shareprice gets run (we wont suggest how that might have happened, but I'll bet the trades in the stock wouldn't want to be inspected too closely hey boys ?)
With the stock trading at above three dollars Sino announces a capital raising - available only to one applicant - to raise $6.5 million issuing 10.5 million shares at $0.60 to, you guessed it, Best Winning, whose loan is then promptly repaid.
Share price goes up a shade further with Best Winning (through the delightfully named Eternal Profit Management Ltd) now holding 38.04% of Sino and already showing a 500% profit !!
Wow, what a shame Trevor Sykes in his guise as Pierpont in the AFR has retired. You guys would be a sure fire guarenteed contentor in next years shonk awards.
Just enjoy your pyramid scheme boys. As the old saying goes, if your up to your neck in it and happy about it, dont crow lest a cat come along.
