@Rick.Wills99, I hold a material amount of OCP and am very unhappy at the pricing of the buyback.
I'll give you a counterpoint though.
1. Compared to where it's generally traded for the last five years, and certainly the last 12 months, $2.30 isn't a terrible price.
2. The buyback will give you perfect liquidity at that price. Selling on market is a bit of a lottery - and that definitely holds true for OCP.
3. If you don't like the $2.30 then you can ignore it and retain your shares (which for full disclosure is what I'll be doing, because I refuse to accept $2.30). You will benefit from an increase in NTA consequential upon the buyback. You won't be able to sell your shares easily - but heck, you couldn't often do that for the last several years on ASX.
