    the recent management change tells me the takeover news is pending, most likely to be released on the market sooner or later. Or else, how could one explain the resignation of CEO& Deputy CEO at the same time- when the company is on the right track?

    Remember, the last unsolicited offer dated 13/Nov/08 was 80c.
