locshare11 - Three funded cases in Hong Kong is still very green fields. Chairman Saker refers to Hong Kong & Singapore as only 'explored opportunities' in so far as IMF Bentham goes.
This said despite his own experience in these markets for future funding of either litigation, mediation or arbitration.
I'm not holding my breath - yet, for anything bumpy landing or not, out of China.
But we must always hope.
