Was alluding to Australian ownership of LAR.
Not absolutely sure if the Guatemalan Gov. have a policy on Bahaman registered Companies.
They ( The Guat. Gov. ) require certain tax obligations and royalties. The royalties for 1-2005 are higher due to the high quality oil
being produced. Which is another compelling reason fro the Guat. Gov. to have an interest in the field.
Remember the Guat. Gov. were represented at the spudding of Atzam 5.
And Elperiodico produced the Realini piece around the same time ( may be incorrect on the dates? ).
In any case it seems the Tortugas situation is now sorted with the Gov. ( who knows CTR may have influenced this outcome ).
